Shipping Policy

Every order is packed by hand with care (and usually a mug of hot chocolate nearby), right here in rural Victoria, Australia.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on Australia Post (and our delivery partners).
These rates are set by the carriers, not by us, so we’re unable to adjust or override them.

International Orders

If you’re ordering from outside Australia, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. They’ll need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered.

Just a heads-up:
If a parcel is returned to us because customs fees weren’t paid, we can absolutely refund your order — but only once it arrives back with us, and the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Processing + Shipping Times

Each order is carefully packed before it leaves us.

Processing time (packing your order) is separate from shipping time (how long it takes to reach you).

To estimate delivery:
Processing time + Shipping time = Total delivery time

Once your order has been sent, it’s in the hands of the postal service. While we wish we could control every delivery truck and plane, delays can happen and are outside our control.

Shipping Speed

Choosing express or priority shipping means your parcel will travel faster once it’s been shipped — it doesn’t move your order to the front of the packing queue.

We always pack as quickly as we can, but we’re still a small, family-run, hands-on operation.

Print-on-Demand Items

Some products are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners.

This means:

They may ship separately
They may have their own shipping fees

Even if your order qualifies for free or reduced shipping, these items may still incur a charge — this goes directly to the supplier and allows us to offer a wider range of products.
